Café Uncorked is a boutique restaurant run by Nicci Stokes and her amazing staff. It has been successfully serving the Willamette Valley since 1993. 
Located outside of McMinnville on your way to the coast, it’s a perfect place to stop in for some delicious Dungeness Crab and a refreshing glass of Pinot Gris. Stroll the sculpture gardens after your lunch (and perhaps between another glass of wine).
